Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data the Suno Hitmaker Studio collects and how it is handled. The tool is operated by Jean-Luc Benazet, trading as Visual Network.

What is collected

• Your email address, so you can log in and so access can be granted.
• Your password, stored only as a secure one-way hash. It is never kept in readable form and cannot be recovered, only reset.
• Your approval status and sign-up date, so the tool knows whether to let you in.
• A session cookie, which keeps you logged in while you use the tool. It is essential to the service and is not used for advertising or tracking.

What is NOT collected

Your Anthropic API key is stored only in your own browser and is never sent to or stored on this server. The prompts, titles and lyrics you generate are not stored on the server either; they live in your browser during your session. Requests to generate text go from your browser to Anthropic using your own key.

Why this data is held

The lawful basis is the performance of the membership agreement between you and Visual Network: the email, password and approval flag are the minimum needed to give a paying member access and keep non-members out.

How long it is kept

Your account details are kept while you are a member. If you ask for your account to be closed, they are deleted. You can request this at any time.

Sharing

Your account data is not sold or shared with third parties. When you use the tool, your browser communicates directly with Anthropic under your own key and their privacy terms apply to that exchange.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may ask to see the data held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. To exercise any of these, contact Jean-Luc through the Visual Network website.
